Predominately known for the Mundaring Weir, people come from far and wide to see the engineering wonder that transports water to the Eastern Goldfields region. Walk across the weir, sit and enjoy a picnic at the base, venture along the pipeline path or have a look through the Pump Station Museum – it’s a great day of activities during school holidays or when showing visiting friends and family this fantastic pocket of Perth.
Full of great family homes and a selection of unit complexes in the centre of the Village, Mundaring is a place where no two properties look the same. Perfect for those that like to spread out, you can enjoy larger blocks that allow for backyards with native bushland surrounds for that nature fix. Often complete with big sheds and great entertaining spaces, homes range in size and style but all represent a beautiful Hills lifestyle.
Occupied by those that love the open air and vibrant green tones of nature, Mundaring is an ideal location to raise your children. With a great selection of both government and private schools you can often see families walking to school in the morning. Come weekends and after school there are plenty of playgrounds like Sculpture Park for the kids to release their energy or they can practice shooting goals at one of the sport ovals.
On the second Sunday of every month people flock to the Mundaring Markets to peruse the arts and crafts made by talented locals, a true showcase of the community spirit here in Mundaring. When trying to stay healthy you can find us around the corner at Kinfolk Café & Wholefoods, at Sticky Fingers when in need of a sugar fix, or Istanbul Kebab and Turkish Bakery for a quick lunch, not to mention the great bakeries, Breadwinner in the Village or Café Cinco Gallos when we have time to stop for a lunch meeting. Of course, with our Mundaring office located beside Dome you will often find us there too – in particular Sales Representatives Brad, Jo & Bobby, Fiona and Sam who are all based our Mundaring branch.
