Hayley has been a cornerstone of the Brookwood Realty team since 2015, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the real estate industry that dates back to when she was just 18. Serving as the Administration lead at our Mundaring office, Hayley’s extensive background also includes a successful tenure as a property manager, demonstrating her versatility and comprehensive understanding of the field.

Balancing her professional responsibilities with the demands of having two young kids, Hayley often finds that coming to work provides a refreshing break. Despite the challenges, her nurturing nature and commitment are evident in both her home and work environments.

I began my real estate career in 2005 in the Perth Hills where I quickly saw the impact that high-quality presentation has on a successful sale. My eye for detail and ability to showcase homes through professional photography helped me achieve strong results early on and later led me to build a thriving photography and marketing business, working with agents across the Hills and surrounding areas.

For more than a decade I have been Brookwood Realty’s photographer and marketing coordinator, ensuring properties stand out in a competitive market. Today I bring that same expertise back into sales, combining local knowledge, marketing strategy and visual storytelling to give my clients an edge.

Having grown up in the Perth Hills and attended local schools, I have a strong connection to the community. With extensive experience in real estate sales and marketing, I focus on helping homeowners throughout the Hills and surrounding areas present their properties at their very best and position themselves confidently in the market so they can move forward knowing they have achieved the strongest possible result.
